Poor Management
June 24, 2024It was a good value for the most part. However, no matter HOW clean you leave the place while moving out, you WILL NOT get your $1000+ deposit back. Someone that worked there warned me, I didn't believe it and I left the place IMMACULATE and they not only did not return my deposit, they claimed I had missed a monthly rent payment a year or so previously so they kept the deposit. I had just lost a loved one and had no time to prove that I had missed a payment thru the bank. By the way, I would ...NEVER have missed a pymt. In any case, they found a way to keep MY money.
