This place doesn't care about their guests or renters. They have no towing warnings on the parking spaces but they tow your car and take only cash to get out of towing

Poor Management

Rosa, the office manager/property manager, is a joke. She is the exact reason why some Spanish people get a bad rap for working poorly.... and I am Spanish so I know what that's like. This lady has been on her cell phone every time I've, reluctantly, gone to the office for a need. Not only is she on her cell phone, she then looks up when someone walks in, sighs, tells the person on the phone that she's, "gotta go because someone is here with another problem", and then proceeds to rudely ask what ...

the problem is. This has happened multiple times and not just when I visit. I've spoken to others in the complex and they all agree that it's best to leave her alone. The problem is - she is the only person to contact!!.... when she's actually there anyway..... good luck catching her in the office. And if you call, expect your calls to go to a Calling Service. They'll take a message and leave it with Rosa so she can call back; I'm still waiting on a call back from an issue I had 7 months ago. This property could be nice, fun, and welcoming.... but it isn't. And Rosa just contributes to the problem.

The management sucks at my place. We have security that doesn't take their job seriously, my car got broken into twice and someone stole my registration tag off my car. I complained to the front office but they told me there is nothing they could do about it. Another thing about where I live is that when I need maintenance done, no one ever shows up, I have been without light in my kitchen for 2 months now and in the bathroom the toilet is messes up so the water is always running so my light ...

bill is always high and the tiles in both my bathrooms are coming out. The management is always calling me saying that I'm late on my rent and that I owe x amount of money when I always pay my rent on time and when I show them proof, they out of nowhere find my rent payment. It's a headache living where I do and there's alot of drug dealers too. I have 2 kids to look out for and take care of, I'm looking around for another apartment now because I can not keep living in these conditions, it's not fair to me or my kids. Not to mention everything else that goes on where we live at now. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because they do not care about the people who lives where I'm at now. I work full time and I just want my kids to be comfortable and safe where they live at.
