Everyone who lives in that area, they know what goes on over there at that run down, roach, termite and mold infected building! There are drugs, homeless everywhere and the place needs to be condemned! Who ever posted that the managers respond to repairs, and gave it 5 stars, they lied! LIED! Most likely the managers put that post there! I have photos of what the place really looks like, too bad this site won't let me post them! All I can say is "Don't move there!"

For the area, the rents are fair and they respond to repairs.

This place is not a good place to live! Not good for children! The fighting and drugs that go on there, the police need to monitor the area! The apartments are not 400 Ft as stated! The apartments do not have emergency exits or fire extinguisher's! The building is run down inside and out! It is an eyesore!
