I gave my $200 depositon December 5, 2016. Based on the application/approval process, I would not recommend this apartment community. My living conditions would lead me to recommend this apartment community.

August 12, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. They take months to come fix things in your apartment if they ever come fix it. They have stupid rules... no hanging out on your porch, no sitting outside on your cars. Don’t call for help after hours because they won’t come but try to tell you how to fix it. Also they will charge to fix somethings in your apartment.

But because the gate has not worked since I moved in back in February, and the two month process it took me to finally get approved would discourage a bit from recommending this community.

Also, they told her that they didn't allow pets after she gave them her money.
