Roache grosses experience I've ever had. Get renters insurance because all your belonging will get ruined. No privacy they will come your apt whenever your not home with out notice!!

I have electrical issues in my apartment. The maintenance men post a notice on the side of the building stating they’re going to spray for bugs the next day! I didn’t see the post because & he entered my apartment when I was in the shower! They need to notify people before entering their residence. One post on a side of the building a day before is not adequate. They lost my apartment key and had me pay for the copies and pass them out to all the maintenance men. The landlord tried charging me ...

I and other tenants give this place poor ratings. The way they treat tenants with the way they fix things meaning using broke stuff too replace other broke stuff. Mainly i and other tenants give this place fair ratings even though it deserves a poor rating. Just read other reviews or if you come to check this place out and see tenants talk with them and see what they say. people do move in and out all the time.

Horrible owner to deal with, Likes to give you 48-hour notices to change your blinds which are provided by the Apartment complex, or to replace a key to your apartment that they lost and charge you astronomical fee's if not done in 48hours. Complex constantly has junk and furniture everywhere. Fridges and ovens stored in the laundry rooms and stairwells for months that smell horrible. There is an every revolving door of tenants moving in and out. That should be a good sign not to move in here ...

in the first place. Positive note, the employees here are very nice but that is the only positive note. Being a tenant that pays his rent on time and being quite means nothing to the owner who treats everyone like garbage.
