I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to families or anyone with children. The management is completely unprofessional and shows little to no concern for residents’ safety or well-being. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, sometimes months, and when they finally respond, the issues are rarely fixed properly.
The property has become unsafe due to constant violence, disturbances, and lack of security. Children should be able to play outside without parents worrying, but this is ...
not that kind of environment. Management seems more interested in collecting rent than addressing the serious concerns residents continuously bring to their attention.
If you value peace, safety, and decent living conditions, look elsewhere. This place has gone downhill badly.

This place is infested with rats and roaches. The mangers don't care about your problems at all. Now when it's time for your rent to be due, oh they'll get in touch with you then. They don't fix nothing ! The outlets sparks mold around the toilet when I first moved in and when I addressed the issues, she said " I had to clean it " lol girl pleaseeee. I'm trying to save your time & money..... I rate this a 0 ! They need to knocked down .

Run away from this place as fast as you can. The grounds/landscaping is nothing like the pictures. The buildings are old and decrepit. There’s no sense of urgency to do anything. The corporation that owns it (based in Tennessee) is non-responsive after multiple attempts.

Nothing gets fixed no matter how many times you call maintenance. The leasing agents are rude!!! It always leaks in my apartment. This is the second apartment that I have lived in back here that has a leaking ceiling to the point of the ceiling caving in and they haven't fixed it.

We have rat traps & poison around the kitchen all they would come do is patch the holes up.
