The Best
May 1, 2021This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Compared to other apartments I've lived in the management here makes an extra effort to be professional, polite, and courteous. There are exciting amenities like a dog park, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, and lots of washers and dryers. Amy's Donuts next door has the best hot pastrami sandwiches. Quik Stop is open 24 hours, and they do have an ATM, do money orders, and have a selection of food items. There is a bus stop right on the ...corner, and the number 2 bus can take you directly to BART, Food Max, or Walmart. The community is quiet, the people seem happy, my neighbors are nice, and the grounds have beautiful trees and flowers, and the grounds are very well kept and cleaned often. My apartment is beautiful. I just moved in January 15, 2021. I love the walk-in closet, the private patio, the freshly painted walls, the beautiful grey floors, the brand new carpet in the bedroom, the full size bathroom and appliances, the spacious dining and living room. The garbage disposal and dishwasher make my life easier. You cannot beat the weather in the East Bay. I have zero complaints.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
new management is really bad
October 10, 2020This place has progressively gotten worse over the past few years. Management is rude if you have any issues. They raised peoples rent by 200$ during covid-19. Apartments have not been renovated, that's a lie, they've put new siding directly on top of the old rotten siding and painted them. Brown water out the faucets every other day and management won't help except send a letter blaming the city. Toilet literally don't flush at all. I've lived here through 3 different owners and this new one is ...by far the worst. Worst stray cat problem I've ever seen. You can't go a single day without cats all over ur car.
