Construction zone

When I signed my lease in August the manager was unaware that the property would soon be under construction. I work from home most days and am so distressed to be working in a noisy construction zone and the end is not near. I requested to leave but the only options are expensive to leave the lease. the manager is supportive but the legal person is not. I feel trapped and often have to leave to get out of the noise. I would not recommend while they are under construction unless you work outside ...

Park Branham has greatly deteriorated over the past year. There is no active management to assist with repairs, and landlord is only present once or twice a week.

My wife and I have rented a 1 bedroom here for over 3 years. The complex is clean, quiet, and there have been little problems. The maintenance staff is great and the property managers are ok. Something else to note is that there is carport parking and extra spaces for a second car.
