This park has gone from no management to over your shoulder and in your personnel business management. Since new management has taken over, I wouldn't recommend this park for anyone that has kids or is trying to survive on middle, or low income. If you don't read emails or don't use the internet this place is not for you. This park is not understanding of the terms with children. No social interaction everything is done by email. You can get a lease violation for leaving a child's toy in your ...
yard. If you fail to renew your lease they will charge you $100 month to month fee, on top of your normal rent, water garbage, fees. You can't have any type of fire pit. No basketball rims even in your own parking lot. It seems they're driving people out of the park so they can rent more homes than having people that own them. At this time, they have approximately 50% vacancies here because of their driving tactics.

Horrible place to live

Poor management allows neighbors to harass and intimidate. Maintenance cleans up half the street but completely stopping in front of my house. Communication is non existent I call with no call backs and I leave a voicemail to be called back and still nothing!
