August 13, 2024Lived here for a year and some change, it has changed hands twice and it still about the same, no one comes to fix anything even if you put in request, you have to walk up to the office and they say "oh our system is down" and then they had to print them off and then fixed minor things. No swimming pool (has been that way since we moved in, but there are pools on both sides) and limited access to the office and workout room. Living here for 4 years
January 17, 2023I've been here for 4 years without working heat. I've been here 3 years without a working oven. I've been here 5 months without a working freezer. Trash is blown into the woods by landscaping. Human waste is left outside by plumbers. Management keeps "changing" but it's always the same people. They do nothing to improve the living conditions of those that are living here. They wait for you to move, and then renovate and fix the units. This place is a nightmare, you're better off living in a tent.Property Manager Responded

I'd give it zero stars if possible
November 4, 2022They just changed management companies--AGAIN. Was told today not to come to the office again for anything. The last management company (Concordia) upped our rent 50% and replaced NOTHING in this dump, and there are problems in this neighborhood that money isn't going to fix. I don't know where this site got their photos from, but the apartments here I know of look nothing like them (CGI?). If you have any other choice, don't move here.Review from Apartments.com

November 2, 2021There is suspicious activity in the area. Homes and cars are being broken into. Loud music is played outside making it hard to be comfortable in your home.It has an infestation of large bugs, they don’t do anything about it until you take action. March 25, 2021Do not move here. New management is more worried about renovating apartments that people are moving out of then fixing things that are broken in the apartments that people are actually living in. My AC unit has been broken for a whole year and has YET to be fixed. Now my heat is on the frits. I was told someone would come and look at it and no one has yet to do so.Review from Apartments.com
Property improvements and new management have been amazing!
January 26, 2021I have been a resident here since 2016. The property has gone through many management changes since I have been here. Nothing ever got better, usually things got worse. Since the new management came in last year they have made a ton of positive changes! New paint, roofs, updated clubhouse and finally fixed the pools! April 19, 2018Talk about rude,disrespectful, condescending and combative. This young lady ( lead manager) attempts to attack me every time we speak. Brace yourselves. This new management is a pickle! August 30, 2017Apartment is livable.... but that staff... Trash! From the property management all the way to the lazy junkie maintenance workers, who can NEVER fix anything. A lot of issues with the water and plumbing. My living room was completely flooded. And they didn't care. A pool with absolutely no water, and it's been 3 years.
