Even video proof of a clean apartment will not prevent them from charging a cleaning fee. Maintenance is inefficient and rude. Appliances are old, and water heat was inconsistent (especially after they tried "fixing" something.)

This apartment is great - close to a CATA bus route, nice warm apartment, laundry facilities on-site, and quick-responding management. Mainly grad students and professionals, pets ok - dog park also on-site!

Great place to live - predominantly graduate students and professionals, with it's own dog park and great management. If there is ever a problem they get it fixed asap, clear snow promptly in the winter! Coin operated washer and dryers on site, internet central heating and gas (oven & cooktop) included, only minor electricity fees to pay for (<$20/month).

Park Forest Villas are a great place to live. All utilities are included. Even cable and internet. The office staff is super friendly, and maintenance requests are handled in record time.
