The apartment smells, yellow mold everywhere, all walls are yellow and they are painted over and still, the yellow can be seen. I developed bronchitis. Happened to wake up begging for oxygen nearly everyday. Maintenance wont help me fix this issue, i cant wait to move out. Absolute trash do not move in. 0 security, the gate cameras dont work. My car got hit in a hit and run overnight and turned out none of the cameras work. People often sit outside and wait for someone to open the gate so they ...

Unsafe (there was a shooting at the clubhouse) people disregard others and smoke Marijuana knowing very well children are around, and we had a break in at the apartment next to us, I highly advise for anyone to STAY AWAY

I really like the apartment because it is nice and spacious. The intercoms have never worked and according to management they don’t plan on fixing or replacing them. Only some apartments have views or balconies that can be used. The maintenance guy is very nice and comes promptly to fix any issue. The office staff are all very nice. I wish they were a bit more receptive to the needs of their good tenants but outside of that I really like the unit.

I have a one bedroom, it’s very nice and spacious for me, I have a updated apartment. Lauren is very nice the Maintenance man comes to fix whatever I need him to fix and he’s very fast, summer is almost here the pool is great. Just so much love here and it’s only been 2 years since I’ve been here.
