The apartments themselves are okay. However, the management company is atrocious! They are constantly raising the rent, taking forever to complete maintenance requests, and do not upkeep the outside well. During the winter, you will have to shovel your own driveway and path to the garages. The alley and path to the dumpster become a death trap of ice. The management company leaves a bag of salt at the door, but the residents are expected to salt the sidewalk. Do not rent these apartments!

Park Place Apartments

I've lived here about a year and a half, and so far, it's been good. It does get blistering hot in the summer, and there isn't much we can do to cool it down, the fridge freezes and ruins almost everything we put in it, and the neighborhood can get a little scary with all the drug activity going on, but we've been safe. The apartments are decent and affordable, and I quite like it here.
