Living at Park Place has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is beautifully maintained with gorgeous landscaping and mature trees that make the community feel welcoming, peaceful, and truly cared for year-round. The grounds are always clean and inviting. The pool is as well.
It's obvious that management takes pride in creating a pleasant environment for residents.
One of the standout features is the incredible maintenance staff- especially Boyd. They are consistently prompt,
...professional, friendly, and efficient. Requests are handled quickly. They always go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable.
The leasing office staff is equally impressive. Thoughtful, organized, and caring, they make living at Park Place a joyful and serene experience. From move-in day to everyday questions, the team has always been responsive, kind, and competent.
Park Place also does an amazing job creating a sense of community through fun and creative parties and activities. We've had numerous parties, painting classes, yoga, and "Wine Down Wednesdays, just to name a few. I've never heard of any other apartment complex having a customer appreciation week like Park Place does every year.
My husband and I have been here for eleven years and have no intention of leaving. Is it perfect? Of course not, but it's definitely as close to perfect as we can expect. We love our neighbors and love our life here.
