Park place is a nice place

Quiet neighborhood close to Montford, and a $10-15 cab ride to uptown and Noda. Close to I-77 and the airport. Townhouse itself is nice, a little outdated on the appliances compared to all the newer apartments going up. It's the perfect roommate situation because the rooms and bathrooms are just about equal in size. It's very quiet inside, I rarely if ever hear my roommate. I never hear my neighbors. Staff is nice and helpful, maintenance requests are usually taken care of within a day. Overall I ...
