Terrible staff

I have been living here for five months and have already come across so many problems. The staff is also very inexperienced and are not willing to help resolve any issues.
First they delayed move in by two weeks and notified us one hour before the scheduled move in time . They also said that all amenities would be done by the move in date but the pool, gym, and golf simulator took an additional three months to complete after we had moved in. I requested a discount on my rent since I was paying ...
for the amenities and it was one of the reasons I signed a lease here but they said there was nothing they could do about it. Additionally the golf simulator only worked for the first few weeks and hasn’t been fixed since.
They also installed our A/C unit improperly which has been causing it to fill up with water and stop working about once a month. I have asked them to fix the problem, instead they just keep vacuuming out the water knowing that it will happen again. It just stopped working again a few days ago and they are now refusing to send someone to fix it saying that it is not that hot outside and I should just open my windows.
Another thing they lied about was offering valet trash. Instead there are trash rooms on each floor which don't work half the time as the trash chute is filled up and it locks. They expect you to walk your trash down to the back of the building.
Attached below is a picture of the trash room and the sign they have posted saying they will fine you if you leave trash in there. Clearly the chute has been locked for a while as everyone has been leaving their trash in the room which makes the hallways smell terrible.
I would back out of my lease immediately if I could so don't make the mistake of signing here. Along with all the other problems i've listed our neighbors are always very loud and the hallways and elevators are always very dirty. For the cost of this place there are a lot better apartments for rent in Tempe. Most of the things they sell you on are a lie and when you try to deal with their staff they either lie or just don't respond to you.

Be Prepared For Deceiving

This apartment has been a nightmare. They were unprepared for the move-in of students which caused many issue for me as a parent. They say they focus on transparency which is untrue because they knew they were not going to have all clearances to allow folks to move-in on the date however they did not send out a communication until the day of stating this. So for the people from out of town (me included) were out of unnecessary money, making arrangements for my child because I didn't trust them ...
anymore to hold up their end of the bargain. Additionally, they show pictures of the pool and other amenities which are not even ready for use and might I add for a while. Rooms appear larger on the photos showed so be prepared for that.
Lastly, some of the staff that answers the phone gives inaccurate information so please beware. Get names of the people you speak with. This place is too expensive to operate in this manner!
