the walls are super thin, you can hear the neighbors talking, opening their fridge, showering etc. this complex only operates on one generator for heat and air I guess. once the heat is turned on you cannot get air, you have to wait for the complex to let you know you can use your AC and vice versa. They have contractors at this complex almost every day, outside “fixing” things and basically just in the way of the walkway and stairs. there are roaches and they won’t get an exterminator to your ...

Do not rent. Me and my husband moved in so I could be closer to school. As soon as we moved in, we found that the place was INFESTED with roaches. Multiple things were wrong, one of them even being pointed out by the person letting us in. My husband stepped on glass moving our first box in, and it looked clean but there was rotting food underneath the oven and fridge from the previous owners. They changed the locks on the mailbox without informing us and so much more. They also won’t give any ...

This property doesn't care about you, the tenant, or applicant. All they care about is themselves. Your inquiries are not a priority at Park Terrace Tempe. A two bedroom unit that was ideal for me was available for rent this week, and I reached out to Gale at Park Terrace via Zendoor. She replied with a text, and a link to fill out an application. There was some missing information and even some conflicting information in the link / advertisement. For example it read "Full size washer and ...

dryer." But the photograph showed a stackable washer and dryer. So I texted her back, asking if I could speak with someone briefly and ask a question or two. Gale replied, "Please ask your inquiries here." So I replied within the hour. I texted her the one question that is vital to me because I'm disabled. "Is the apartment for rent, an upstairs unit or a downstairs unit?" This information was not in the ad, nor was there a mention of an elevator. It just read: "Unit #78." After a week, Gale gave me no response at all. No response to the one, singular question I asked in a text, as she requested. I'm sorry but that is downright lazy and unprofessional. Pure and simple. So today I called to ask about why my question went unanswered. I got a recording. The ZenDoor recording says: "We use a text first system, because we know your time is valuable." Yeah, my time is valuable. So stop wasting it. Zero stars for Gale and this management service. Totally unprofessional.
