If you are someone who would like to take a quick swim in the pool but fulk a full time, Monday-Friday job, don't plan to here. Pool closes at 4:30pm and closed on Sunday. So unless you schedule a day off the pool is not available to you. They will find a new reason every year to add on some type of fee. The door buzzer doesn't work so you have to let people in and they will have to call you. The garage ceiling is falling. There isn't enough parking space in the back parking lot. They will not ...
put up signs when the AC for the whole building is broken or inform you in anyway that it is broken. But will post a note to every door about the guest pass for a guest to the pool is $25. The only upgrade they have made to the whole building would be new washers and driers that you oay with your phone. In the winter if you work wake up early to dig your own way out because they don't plow till 5pm and they didn't plow the ramp to the garage people pay for. A lot of the apartments leak water when it rains and the only halfway fix it. Management never answers the phone and have poor record taking skills. My neighbors so far are awesome and the schools are the best. That is the only thing keeping me here. The owners do not live here or ever come here so they definitely don't care about the people they rent to.

I truly do love a lot about the building, the location the amenities the fact that they are just updating the lobby. My only concern is when it comes to up keep of outside. The snow isn’t handled as well as I see other complexes handle it and the park tower sign is always out so it does make it difficult to find. Otherwise no complaints, everything is easy and smooth the maintenance guy is the best! They also keep the inside very clean. I still recommend to anyone and everyone
