MOLD MOLD MOLD!! There honestly not one good thing to say about this place. The front office workers are completely under qualified and extremely rude. The online payment option did not and they were notified of this and still received a $100 late fee. Went in to try to talk to them and was told that the girl who handles the financials was no where to be found. They literally said they could not find her. That is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous that only one person can discuss anything ...
financial. The office and model look amazing but beware the apartment you receive is not even close to those standards. Worst of all there is MOLD growing in the apartment, which they have been notified of many times and have done nothing to get rid of it.

I am currently living with my brother in a one bedroom apt.I have a service dog name Shadow.I also work a full time job and cannot afford a place of my own.I love my brother but I would like a place of my own.I any trying to get back into to school so this would be very helpful to me.Thank you.

The Park at Rialto from a student perspective is pretty poor. The first day into the apartment a noticeable wreaking smell of smoke was present. The walls are paper thin and you can expect a family of 4-5 to be living above you to make matters worse. You will hear literally every step! Not only will you be bothered while studying, but you will be bothered by phone calls from the staff at Rialto who claim you have auxiliary payments due you weren't aware of.
