Pros:
Newly built apartment complex
All units have central air conditioning and heater.
There's a doorbell on every apartment
There's a small park right across the street from the complex.
There's an elementary school behind the complex.
Also middle school and college few blocks away from here. A little grocery market around the corner.
Manager of the complex is really nice and flexible will work with you if he can in any situation.
Laundromat at the entrance of the complex, you can use a ...
laundry card that is sold there for $1 or you can use quarters or debit/credit card.
There are security cameras all over the complex.
There's a small plaza.
Sprinter station few blocks away.
Bus stop within walking distance.
Playground area for kids.
Cons:
1 & 2 bedroom apartment units are small, would not recommend for families with more than 1 or 2 kids or for people who own alot of stuff or big furniture.
No washer/dryer hook up.
Not a quiet or too safe of a neighborhood.
Parking ports not evened out.
No guest parking inside the complex.
No smoking inside or near the complex what so ever.
No pool.
