Modern, spacious, bright!

I love living here! It's located close to everything - MAG, Eastman, Public Market, breweries and restaurants. Great layout, modern loft design with good storage. Beautiful yard with grill and firetable - shared with only 8 apartments. And it's quiet and dog friendly!

Best Apartment Ever!

I lived in an apartment with PAUL during 2021. My experience was nothing but luxury. With a strong security system, I always felt safe inside the apartment as well as outside near the grounds. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to experience Rochester! 10 min walk from East Ave bars and restaurants. Short walk from the art museum as well as shops on University Ave! If any repairs or concerns were brought to attention; help was always convenient and never a hassle. Overall, these ...
