Poop living conditions
December 20, 2022Absolutely dirty, disgusting hall way. Basement is a pigpen, cant even do laundry down there. Maintenance a joke. I live here currently but I am getting the hell outta here ASAP! I have plenty of pictures too! I would give it ZERO STARS IF I COULD!Review from Apartments.com
New owners & the rent goes up again
February 3, 2020Some of us older folks like our home here but now cannot afford it. Some have been here for many years and are saddened. I never even got my floors cleaned when I moved in. It's just a shame no one thinks us older folks trying to live on Social Security. Great Place
September 7, 2015I've been at ParkLynn for over a year now. Elsmere is a awesome little town with anything you need. The apartment complex is quiet, maintenance on site and the office staff is super friendly. On street parking and the pet few are reasonable and large dog friendly. This isn't the Taj Mahal, nothing fancy, but it is a nice place to live.Review from Apartments.com
