Terrible !!!!!!!

Terrible ! Been living out here for almost a year . The apartments are infected with roaches . The unit they moved me in had roaches in fridge the first day we moved in . Couple months later our lights went out for a whole week had to pay for hotels because of an old stove we had to replace . They didn’t compensate anything for hotels or food that wasted while lights were out About two months after that air conditioning went out it was summer and hot ! Now three months after that we can’t use our ...

heater it’s winter had to use money to buy heaters can’t use our stove or take a hot shower because our water heater wire caught on for and we had to call the fire fighters for that as well overall just don’t move here it’s ghetto to and you can hear everything your neighbors move and even say just cheap and terrible management and terrible neighbors . They shouldn’t even have one star just a overall ZERO !!!

New management is horrible. Communications is awful and rude. They removed 6-8 dumpsters for one compactor that overflows every weekend. Dogs around it every night. They will never give a tour on the weekend or show you the complete property. Circle for yourself and check.

Roach infestation and lazy management

This community is disgusting. Trash is all over the property. There are huge roaches all over the area inside the apartments and outside of the apartments. There is mold and leaks all throughout the community. People move in one month and out the next because the living conditions and management are horrible. I have witnessed with my own eyes people telling management about missing stoves and sinks out of there apartment and cold water while the managers told the people in the community to just ...

Roach motel and lazy management

I am a tenant. My advice would be to make sure you see the apartment before you sign a lease or give them any money. It is a roach motel. The management team and maintenance is lazy. Poorly ran and not worth the monthly rental amount. Nothing is up to date about it. The inside of the apartments look nothing like the pictures. Don't rent here, you will regret it, just like I regret it and will not be renewing my lease. I see they removed my previous poor review.

I've been very satified with my one bedroom thus far. The space is very nice and the location is near work and the interstate. I have had some issues in the past with management, but things are really shaping up and may go ahead and renew my lease. The pricing in this area is going up and I'm not seeing a lot within my price point, but the area has been quiet and I havent had many issues with pest control since the years that I've been living here. Staff takes care of things pretty good also. ...

Everybody knows each other and looks out for one another which is great. They are adding new things like the god park and such and I've noticed that maintenance is new.

Since new management we have had some nice changes. I have been here for several years and am enjoying the new improvements to the property. I plan on staying for a few more years until I purchase a home, but its been nice here and close to the kids school.

I am currently a resident and I can say that it has been much more quiet since changes has been made. The new office staff is friendly and has worked on cleaning up some of the craziness. I have already renewed my lease, also theres a nice grill area that they added that I love! Much better.

Im currently a resident here and has been for a few years now, I can honestly tell a difference since new office staff has been here. They told me that it was now under new management and with that comes some shakes ups. All in all it hasnt been bad and even have some new additions like new laundry and fitness area. Not too bad.

I lived here for 1 year and it is quite and the area is convenient since I had to be out early in the mornings it was a pretty safe neighbor hood, any questions I had the office was there to answer them to my satisfaction. They are like all the office staff is professional I appreciated that. My apt was just enough don't need a lot of space any more , the washhouse was a plus didn't have to look far to go wash, All things considered the place was home for me I was in a good place . I’m a current student resident. I will not be renew my lease here . When new management came the prices got ridiculous and I’m in a 1 bedroom. I hate bigs and seeing roaches daily is not for me !. Although it’s quiet and ok decent size , I wouldn’t recommend living here. When i first got here it was great , affordable but not anymore . They had to fix my AC about 5 times because it kept going out , my shower wouldn’t push out water and my water pressure was always weak. The power stay going out ...

over here and the reception Is terrible . Please if so , find somewhere else this is not the place!
