While the apartment comes with a great balcony, layout and pool area they refuse to do anything about the ROACHES.

Affordable - Hit or Miss

Still is an affordable complex and that’s the only reason for staying, along with speedy response from maintenance. A good starter apartment for sure! But this year the bad is outweighing the good with neighbors who constantly smoke, fight and leave dog poop on their patio. It happens but these are issues that should easily be resolved by the leasing office. Paying a little more elsewhere for peace of mind will definitely be worth it.

Corey in the front office and the maintenance guys are all very attentive, timely, and efficient. Any issues that arise are handled in a satisfactory manner, and maintenance request are usually finished in a day or two. Never had any real issues with the apartment, nor any issues with pests. The buildings are well taken care of, and the upgraded units are steal at their price. Grounds are newly landscaped, lots of trees and grass to walk dogs. Biking distance to ASU, and easy access to the Orbit ...

system. Perfect if you want to live close to ASU without dealing with the party atmosphere (and prices) that come with being right next to the University.
