Management and Property
March 25, 2021Lived at this place for 4 years, winter storm caused busted pipes and my whole living room ceiling fell! Management didn’t offer to relocate me and told me to contact FEMA! Moved my things out so the mildew wouldn’t ruin my things. Never told me when my apartment would be ready and then I check my account and I was consider a former tenant! Heating and Air is controlled by a chiller system summer your apartment doesn’t cool and the winter the heat doesn’t do much.Review from Apartments.com
Don't move here
February 4, 2021When we first moved here we thought it would be nice, since everything was so close by after a year.. There's never anyone in the office. Only one washing machine works on each side. They never fix anything or have you wait another day. During Covid19 they say they will work with YOU but don't and continue to evict people and charge extra fees. Always pluming issues or issues with the air and heat/ boiling system since its all bills paid and they turn everything on when they get ready. They ...always have a contractor come out but stuff get fixed later on. They try to charge for Window units. Never any parking since the manager or ex manager has multiple cars. Many residents have dogs but act like they cant keep dogs on leash. They went up on there rent and its not worth it. If you do move here make sure you have a fan or electric heater for summer and winter. They have other apartments and they have the same issue as well one on the westside of fort worth and another in Euless.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst property I have ever lived at!!!!
September 15, 2017Do not rent from this place!!! Management is horrible! They NEVER fix anything right. Air conditioner is so old and was never put in correctly. There's holes in ceilings of apartments. Roaches in others. Management is NEVER on site and hey don't return phone calls. You can expect bogus late fees added to your rent, and then an eviction notice shortly after. You don't receive an itemized bill ever!!! They say one thing and then do another. I lived there for less than a year, and saw 4 different ...property mangers show up. I even had one. thrraten to illegally lock me out!! And when I said I was gonna call the cops, I was told that the cops couldn't do anything. DON'T rent from these people!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
