The landlord however decided that it would be more important to purchase expensive cameras and lighting on the buildings rather than actually fix up the place and make it look less like a projects and more like a nice affordable apartment, not only that but to have the grass cut every other day rather than fix the elevators that my children are afraid to take because it shakes uncontrollably everyday. The list of problems with the neighborhood and mainly the landlord could go on and on but most won't believe me, so do yourself a favor before visiting an apartment or renting it ask someone who lives here and ask more than one person (when the landlord is not next to you so you can get their honest opinion) ! Park side place could be a great place if we didn't have such a bitter landlord and if the money we give them was used more wisely. They are now working to install locked front doors and etc but we will see how that all plays out even though security is the least of park side places problems.
