Check out Google and yelp (on yelp they can't "manipulate" their reviews. Hence why it's like a 1.3 star... Do your homework!

They do not accomodate to your needs. They will throw you in whatever apartment they want without asking for your needs or preferences. There are children running around everywhere in parking lots while there is NO sign official "kids at play sign" because it's a parking lot! If you are on the first floor you will not have any privacy because kids will come play on your patio furniture, people will walk their dogs on your patio, and homeless will come look into your windows. They won't replace ...
anything that was previously "broken" by the previous tenant if its not "urgent". They should also consider running background checks before letting people live here if they want to get a five star review.
