Not a good place to live
March 20, 2024This place reeks of wet dog, smoke and pee!! As soon as you walk in its really embarrassing. I NEVER invite ppl to my apartment. I'm so embarrassed. And so many mice and management doesn't care. They just give you sticky pads. It's really gross! Can't wait til my lease is up so I can move out of here!Review from Apartments.com
SMOKE FILLED COMMUNITY!!
October 15, 2020If you're looking for a smoke free community, whatever you do..don't move to Parkview@Dundalk! The property is advertised as a smoke free community..with signs everywhere saying the same but it's absolutely not! Every floor has multiple residents smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their apartments!! The halls are so smoke filled, a non smoker can barely breath. It's both disgusting and incredibly unhealthy!! Management does very little to help correct the blatant lease violation!! They send a ...couple letters and call that fixing the problem. Except the in unit smoking continues. Stay away from this community, especially if your have any kind of breathing or poor health condition!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
