I moved in at the beginning of October 2022. It has been nothing short of incredible. Everything is brand new - dishwasher, microwave, stove, in-unit washer/dryer, etc. Each unit has its own water heater which is also very nice.
The property managers and maintenance have been extremely responsive the few times I’ve needed to talk to them.
This area is VERY quiet and sits next to a park with a nice view walking loop. I work in Wayne and it’s a short 20 minute commute to work. I love living ...

I have been very happy living here. I have been lucky to have very nice neighbors, and the building is maintained beautifully and it is relatively quiet. The location is very convenient for my commute and all the staff I've met have always been helpful and ready to help.

That really is the only downside to this place! I can't get my friends to leave! It's clean, roomy, and BEAUTIFUL. I love that I have my own washer & dryer, my kitchen is out of a magazine, and I have a view of the park from every room. The gal that showed me the building and helped me get situated was also very friendly & helpful which was a bonus.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The plumping is horrific. I had to keep a plunger next to my sink and one in my tub. The sewer water always rose up. SEWER WATER! Poop, toilet paper! Management never did anything about it. Nasty! Ants were a huge issue. Mold in the closets ruined anything you put in there. He never recarpeted the floor in the bedroom. Held mold smell in carpet. You couldn't leave a Rubbermaid container on the carpeted floors, it would get wet! There's only 4 washers and 4 dryers ...
for amount of people in the building. Half the time they didn't work. One women was "employed" to do others laundry so she could make a buck to pay rent. The rent is not worth the suffering of that place. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to live.
