Its Ok
July 14, 2023Its ok for what it is, but dont plan on staying for more than a year. Maintenance is fairly fast, but the prices shoot up every year and the space is super enclosed. They also keep screwing up parking.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t ever live here!
June 23, 2021Do yourself a favor and never rent from here. The maintenance people cut corners and the property doesn’t care about your well being at all. We have had mold that they haven’t even cared about getting rid of for two years. Our cabinets are literally falling apart and they told us for us to get new ones they would have to charge us more rent but that they would replace them once we left anyways. I have asked them over and over to fix our kitchen floor and they said they would and look at it ...about six months ago and it’s still broken. Our panel broke off our heater and instead of fixing it the maintenance people nailed it shut. It’s been a terrible experience living here and is extremely over priced for being in the area it is. Please do yourself a favor and know that this place would be a horrible place for anyone to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
