Good onsite property management, poor corporate management
October 19, 2015The onsite property manager was fantastic for the two years I lived at Parkway. Overall, nice apartment with great proximity to Edgewater Park. The corporate offices are located in Beachwood and were non-responsive to a number of issues including: providing information on an insurance claim after the garage door was left open overnight and a number of cars were broke into. Additionally, after moving out the corporate office claimed on 4 separate occasions they had returned my security deposit or ...'placed it in the mail' but I still have not received it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
