Not worth your money. They will continue to raise your rent and make no improvements to the building or your apartment. You will also catch heat for turning in things to fix at your apartment. The management is horrible and unfriendly. If they decide they don’t like you, you will be treated very poorly.

  Hello, I am sorry that we missed the mark while you were living at Parkwood Pointe Apartments. We do not agree with claims made as the community has continually put money into making your home the best it can be. Some years the projects may go unnoticed to all residents- like a new roof, siding or windows on a building other than yours, but they are happening and they do continue to extend the life of the building. Also, our maintenance team is always happy to make any repairs as needed. I am sorry to see that you may have had one bad experience with our team, but I can assure you this is not the normal. We extend an offer to stop by the leasing office at anytime to meet with our team. We are sure that you will see how we truly care about our residents and their homes.

Parkwood Pointe continues to impress me. I have lived here for a year and recently signed for another year. The staff are nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home. I have had a couple instances within the past few months interacting with office and maintenance staff and they have gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend making Parkwood Pointe your home.

I moved into the Parkwood Pointe Apt's over 3 years ago after I found it on Apartments.com & I was very happy to find this small treasure in my neighborhood close to work. It is very secure and has a fantastic management team who are always so helpful and friendly. It is always clean and management is always quick to clean up or fix anything that goes wrong in our apartments. It has a wonderful sense of community any many of the neighbors become friends. My husband and I were unexpectedly homeless a week before Christmas. Luckily, we had a place to stay, but since then we have viewed properties all around the south metro. It's been long, ardous and frankly disheartening. It has been so difficult to find an apartment that's both affordable and impressies - Parkwood Pointe is this. I've been living here over 5 months. I am very happy with how friendly and responsible the staff are and how clean, beautiful, and spacious the complex is. I live on 2nd floor and am exceedingly pleased with my apt. floor plan. Anytime I have a question or need, saff respond asap. Hearing neighbors has not been a problem at all.
