It’s a hit or miss tbh

This year if the pool doesn’t open it’s going to be 2 yrs since it has been open, i understand because of covid but they could’ve atleast made a rule abt a limit. The laundry room sucks and overpriced, they never work right and they rather change the price of the laundry than fix it. The “gym” has changed into a storage and just makes the apartment complex look bad. The stoves don’t work right. The manager gets in your personal business and tells other people about their business.. I do not ...

recommend this apartment. Also really bad plumbing. Sometimes when you turn on the sink it smells horrible.

Terrible place to live. The “managers” they hire are a joke. In the 20+ years we’ve lived here, our apartment has FLOODED (and they didn’t remove us from the premise and it was WINTER TIME and I have asthma, they only put fans to dry the disgusting carpet, all our furniture and electronics were ruined since they literally got rained on, never called an inspector for mold which I’m sure there is because of that! And it’s that weird orange/brown liquid stains seeping through the walls and insist in ...

fixing the issue by painting over the stains. Not even the entire wall!!!). So yes, my carpet is as old as my initial lease agreement! Let’s see what else... things break all the time and they “fix it” by using parts or things from the other apartments (switching faucets, lights, EVEN THE LOCKS!!!!). My stove literally only has one working stove top and they REFUSE to change it (and my 20+ year old carpet that looks like dirt at this point despite washes and a clean home). Still here because like everyone else, my apartment (that is the size of a small home) might be falling apart, but I can’t afford to move.

In the 20 yrs I've lived here the only thing that has been "renovated" is the kitchen. I've paid out of pocket to change carpets and floor. But I can't afford to move.
