I moved in a year ago and my first week there my packages were stolen from the mailroom. I addressed administration but they stated that it was not something they deal with and it’s a personal issue that I need To take up with the police. Nobody is ever in the leasing office and all of the amenities in the front are closed off due to “COVID.” Overall not pleased with the place. I cannot wait for my lease to be up. The staff barely gets back to you and never pick up when you call them. Parking ...
is always an issue and people park in in your assigned spot in the parking garage that are not supposed to. Only 2 of the gym treadmills actually work and the rest of them have been broken for months and don’t get fixed. The gym closes at 10pm which sucks as well. It is a nice apartment but management has made it a horrible experience for me overall. Neighbors always make false noise complaints (there are a few Karen’s in the building). Also people smoke inside the building/stairwells which isn’t allowed and honestly smells bad. Wish i knew all of the prior to moving in.

The administration of this apartment complex is a mess. A number of my packages were stolen. Every day, I can smell someone smoking pot. No one answers the phone or replies to emails, and the leasing office is always closed. They will assign your parking spaces to someone else and tow your car while you are still under contract.

Dirty elevators, smoke, carpet stains, overcharged at move-out

Tried to resolve this internally over email with the property, but never got a response back after 3-4 emails and follow-ups. I lived here for a year in a studio, for the most part, the property management addressed concerns that were in their control until it came to me moving out and disputing the charges. I was advised to schedule a move-out walkthrough, which I did, and when speaking to maintenance over the phone was recommended "not to bother" with cleaning the unit since it would be cleaned ...
regardless. Still, I vacuumed all of the floors and cleaned the unit regardless. Upon moveout, I was charged ridiculous amounts of money for the paint dents in the walls that were noted on the move-in form AND was charged $160 for the cleaning, which is OUTSIDE of the $110-150 range for a studio. I tried to dispute the charges with the leasing office but never heard back. Aside from this, there were a lot of carpet stains and wall dents, lots of smoking in the apartment complex that was never addressed, and other issues. Overall, would not move in here again if given a chance.
