February 16, 2026been here 4 months already have roaches and rats. they never put on my bedroom door nor does my closet door work. many many pluming issues including my sink not working since I moved in and nobody answering any maintenance requests. the cheap price isn’t even worth it for how bad it is trust.Property Manager Responded

Bad water and maintenance.
January 15, 2026Multiple water shut offs a month, most of them without warning. Even on Christmas Eve and day. Maintenance can’t tell you when they are going to come by. One time they came into my apartment while I was sleeping with no prior notice, and I didn’t have any currant requests at the time.Property Manager Responded
