Staff is amazing and maintenance is pretty prompt for the most part when getting stuff done. The one thing I hate is the quality of residents that are moving in. Noisy, disrespectful, leaving trash everywhere and throwing parties almost every night in the pool area.

I enjoying the quiet neighbors. Thr beautiful floors in the hallway has a few stains, though. Other than that, I feel safe and secure. My other wish is that the air conditioning can be a bit colder.

Needs improve for what you pay monthly but the area is great to live in, gym equipment needs some maintenance and the pool area and the access to it it’s a challenge if the Digital key doesn’t work

At this point, my only complaint is that the rent keeps going up and the quality of living keeps going down. There’s nothing that’s being done to make this community better. We still have the old plaques that are green when the building is clearly blue. Amenities are broken such as the ice machine and the fire pit.

I think the apartment is good. The only issue I have is in all my days in renting. I have never had maintenance do monthly checks as much as they do. Sometimes twice in a month. I think it’s ridiculous.
