    Still calling this place home, still lots to improve, they should do something about the old AC because are too noisy, common areas are ok, for the price you pay here should be better

    At this point, my only complaint is that the rent keeps going up and the quality of living keeps going down. There’s nothing that’s being done to make this community better. We still have the old plaques that are green when the building is clearly blue. Amenities are broken such as the ice machine and the fire pit.

    Lived here for 4 years now and have no complains. Common areas are kept clean and Maintance team are doing a great job. Just wish that the gym was updated.

    I think the apartment is good. The only issue I have is in all my days in renting. I have never had maintenance do monthly checks as much as they do. Sometimes twice in a month. I think it’s ridiculous.
