I want to commend the manager Susan and her maintenance staff for my quick move in request. They met all of my accommodations and needs throughout the process. They make you feel like family and not just another tenant!

We are leaving our Peacock Woods home after 7 great years, only reason we are moving is because a family member has passed away and we are getting a free house.
We have really enjoyed living here, great maintenance, great grounds, and Susan is always a pleasure to be around.
We will miss you all.

I unfortunately moved here sight unseen. The pics I saw looked good. However these townhouses are falling apart. The appliances are over 11 years old which will cause high electrice bills. The only thing new is the microwave which I don't use. They'll enter your space eventhough you specifically said no entry without being there. No notice is ever given for maintenance requests, they just show up at your door. Stopped using the washer and dryer cause they're ancient and went to laundry room to do ...
a couple of loads. Washing machine didn't spin my clothes and had to ring it out and use these ancient washer and dryers anyway! I was told the pool would be fixed still no pool and it was one of the reasons for moving here. When you're 61 the last thing you want to do is go to a laundrymat! MOVED IN ON 5/1/22 AND I HATE IT HERE AND CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT.

I am departing my stay at Peacock Woods after 5 years and have nothing but great things to say about my stay.
The staff and maintenance team have been excellent in responding timely to any issue I may have had and have always been patient and courteous.
The residence has been well cared for and the facilities and grounds are well maintained.
I would highly recommend you visit this place before signing on anywhere else.
