Emily has killed her start within the community. In such a short time it truly has started to feel so much more safe and home like. Ben is the bet maintenance man we have had. Always on top of every request and is very knowledgeable about the issues. The biggest of maintenance emergencies truly feel at ease with Ben. He cares about our homes and us ...and individuals. Truly lucky to have the team we do. The amenities are maintained very well. It’s nice to enjoy a walk around the property or some time in the pool area. Even the neighbors are a good bunch. It’s rare to encounter a resident that isn’t friendly! Would 10/10 recommend this community to a good human looking for a fun, cute, and safe home!!Property Manager Responded

Worst Customer Service Experience
June 8, 2025First off the woman giving the tours has the worst customer service personality I have ever seen, it was a terrible experience sitting down and then touring as well. She was not kind, she was rude, answered each question with attitude and lied about smoking in the apartments. Because it’s fine if you smoke or not but if we say hey did the last tenant smoke and she says no but the apartment did not smell good don’t lie. The apartments were not well maintained the rules were not forced on all ...tenants only the new ones and once the old tenants renewed their lease “new rules” would be enforced then which didn’t make sense. Overall I wish I could give this place a zero there are better apartments out there and the other T-bone apartments had such a different feel and environment to them not to mention the office people were actually kind to “future residents”.Property Manager Responded

December 22, 2021Great location, good layout of apartment, enjoyed that our unit had new carpet when we moved in. We mostly had issues with the neighbors parking in front of our garage and blocking my vehicle in and noisy downstairs neighbors which are not the complex's fault.
