    Pearl Lantana has raised rent renewal prices to astronomical levels. Management recently started a new partnership with the hated Fetch delivery service. EV chargers have been broken for many months. Avoid!

  • Best Apartment Complex in Austin

    I lived at Pearl Lantana from April 2020 – July 2021. It was the best apartment complex I’ve lived in and I only moved because I bought a home. I actually miss living there. Here is why I recommend Pearl Lantana: -The management team is top notch. I worked with Gina mostly, but everyone at the property was genuinely friendly, they knew residents by first name, were very professional, and were on top of the details. Any time something came up they worked to accommodate me. For example, I ...
    owed them an answer on a lease renewal, but had a home to tour the weekend I was supposed to let them know whether I was renewing. I asked for a few days extension and they gave it to me with no problem. I’ve lived in places that are so robotic that you don’t feel like you’re dealing with people or so loose that nothing is tended to or there’s a lot of turnover in the management team. The management team at Pearl Lantana is consistent and the best I’ve worked with (and I’ve lived in a lot of places in different states). During the winter storm of 2021 they worked around the clock to help everyone out and brought in tons of resources to make everyone comfortable. -The maintenance team is top notch. Any time I entered a ticket someone was there that day to address anything that came up and they were also professional, timely, and knowledgeable. They seemed well staffed on this front, which is part of why the property is so well maintained. -The location is perfect. Not directly in the thick of everything, which translates into a more affordable price. It’s on Southwest Parkway, so getting places is easy and fast and I never had to wait in traffic. -The property is one of the best I’ve seen in the Austin area. The building quality is high. Appliances and finishes are nice, nothing in my unit was worn down or beat up looking. I’m pretty sure my carpet was brand new when I moved in. The amenities are beautiful and high quality. 2 big pools and a lap pool, a really nice club house, and a functioning gym that you can do most types of workouts at (including heavy lifting).

  • Here to stay

    I’ve been with Pearl Lantana for quite a while now and have really loved living here. As a female living alone, I really appreciate that it’s a gated complex with a courtesy officer who lives on site. The maintenance staff is like family and even had a rapport with my dog ;) I would highly recommend if you are looking to live in Austin but with some breathing room out near the hill country. Will definitely be renewing my lease!

    Pearl Lantana is a great apartment! It is by far the best apartment we have lived in (out of 7 apartments). Julie has gone above and beyond to keep this a luxury apartment community. Below are a few reasons why we love Pearl Lantana: The office staff is very friendly and helpful. It is always a nice experience stopping by the front office for a package or discussion. The office staff is also super quick at responding to emails. The maintenance staff goes out of their way to assist ...
    with any issues. Our air conditioner broke on the weekend and 15 minutes after we called Sid was here helping us out! The areas around the property are ALWAYS clean! This includes the pool, gym, front office, etc. I love that you have coffee available for your residents. This helps me out tremendously when I work from home or at the front office area! The quality of the apartment is wonderful. We love our little home! The community events are a great time! The list goes on.... I highly suggest Pearl Lantana!
