Bad mice problems

These apartments have a serious mice infestation and the apartment management is not doing anything effective to really stop this problem.

Thank you for your feedback, I would like to assure you we take any type of infestation seriously. We are and have been doing full unit inspections having maintenance plug any holes in the units, such as under sinks, along where heat registers run, etc.. We have and are continuing to have pest control out for service and inspection for any type of rodents or pests.

Thank you for the feedback regarding the rodent issue. I would like to ask have you reported the issue to the office? I can assure you we work very closely with Plunketts Pest Extermination on a preventative biweekly schedule going building by building to inspect and treat for any reported issues and to prevent any rodent or pest issues. We also have maintenance working to fill any holes interior and exterior to block off any entry points to eliminate rodents from entering the buildings. Management is also holding residents accountable for housekeeping issues as well which cause rodents and pest issues.
