Roach Motel
June 5, 2020I lived there 1 year. Only because I signed a one year lease. I could not wait to move! I had to throw out my furniture because they are infested with roaches. They must have 50 different species. Pest control is a joke. The office takes forever to respond, if they do at all. Constant plumbing issues. Neighbors yelling and fighting and shooting is the norm. Crackheads knocking on the door begging for money at all hours. Do not recommend.Review from Apartments.com

March 28, 2019Mellissa is very nice and maintenance comes out to check problems , I do have a lil problem with roaches but I can seal cracks and spray raid to get them out my apartment. I’m thinking about staying here a few yearsReview from Apartments.com

Dying from this heat
August 26, 2016I been leaving with this apartment for over a year I kept telling them the ac is broken and every time they send someone it's just a quick fix now I been without ac for 4 days it's 88 degrees in the apartment I been sleeping in my car don't move here they don't care anywaysReview from Apartments.com
ApartmentS are a joke
June 22, 2016I just moved in May 13th, 2 days later gas was shut off our building STILL has no gas (no stove and no hot water ) Each week tenants are told it will be on by Tuesday and each Tuesday comes and goes and STILL no gas. They want their money and don't care how we are living. And this is NOT how the property looks at all!!! My list could go on and onReview from Apartments.com
