the location is perfect for easy access to DMV. the staff is exceptional and very lovely to work with. i was here for almost 20 years until retirement and loved it. would have stayed longer, but 2021 and i was done. enjoy the stay !!!!!!!!!

I moved from NYC to Penn southern in Sept of 2021. Leaving here has been a beautiful experience. The rental office staff are so nice and always ready to assist. Their maintenance service is always prompt. No roaches,mice or ants. Hall ways and environment is cleaned on a daily basis. The parking space is so good. I love this community.

These apartments are in a very good location. It is close to the Metro Train lines, when you cross the street you are in D.C. and it is only a 25 minute train ride to my job. We have a pool and lounge chairs also. The development is clean and attractive and most of the employees are very nice.
