Be Cautious!!!!!
January 2, 2016Be cautious when renting from this complex. I have lived here for over a year and it has been nothing but problems. The walls are very thin, there are bad drafts and door seals are not sealed right. The leasing staff are very nice in the beginning and once the contract is signed they are rude. Only good thing I can say about this complex is maintenance comes the same day. Also make sure you go through the checklist because more than half my electrical sockets were not working when i moved in. Decent apartments for the price
August 11, 2015I've lived here for going on 5 years in a 1 bedroom. Not enough cabinets or storage closets. But bedroom great size, maintaince comes fast, staff is ok, grounds ok as well. Location is great, it's minutes from everything. Cable was included in rent, but that ends at the end of August. Good neighborhood and area!Review from Apartments.com

Pickwick Farms Apartments
August 19, 2015My boyfriend and I have lived at Pickwick Farms Apartments for twelve years now. This apartment complex is very old and outdated. The positive side is our rent was not raised until last year. We also enjoyed free basic cable and Xfinity On Demand in one room. Two years ago, after the complex went under new ownership, we did receive new windows and the paint/siding was freshened up. We have a few complaints though. Our neighbors had bed bugs and roaches, but they did not telll ...the leasing office. Thus, no exterminator for them meant bed bugs and roaches for us! Whenever maintenance performs a work order in our apartment, the work is very shoddy. We are also losing the free basic cable and Xfinity On Demand next month, and we now have to pay for water too. We plan on moving as soon as I finish college. Saving money to move is very difficult though.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

big apartment bad office
August 15, 2015apartment is big for 1 person but very old and run down. had to have several maintenance request done and they were never done in a timely manner. yes I know i wasn't the only apartment but having to call and ask when will be done after a week of waiting only to be told it was never put in! office staff doesnt do thier jobs or communicate with each other. movie theater never running, basketball courts always taken. rarely see patrol car. it was my first apartment moving to Indy but was so glad to ...leave asap!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
living in Indy
July 26, 2015Been living here at Pickwick Farms now, going on 3 years,just signed another lease.. I have enjoyed living here. I feel it's a pretty safe area, office people r very friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been wonderful so far, anytime I need something fixed, they r right on it., one of the perks living here is FREE basic cable. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.
