I love the building itself, but parking is awful. The streets are cluttered and I am often blocked in my garage by neighbors cars. I have had to call the police on multiple occasions to have cars moved. I see many people parking in the street rather than their drive. It makes out community looks and feel cluttered.

This place is the absolute worst. I have never written a review but this place deserves it. First of all they are completely over priced and the so called “rules” are never enforced. People park where they want including partially in your driveway. You can barely drive down the street. There is no one in the office and they do not return calls or emails. If you ever have an issue forget it. They don’t care and do absolutely nothing even if by some miracle you can get ahold of someone. They allow ...
their people to renovate at 7 am all the way till 9 pm. Banging right next to you. And there are no enforced rules about people that can not control their dogs. Mine was attacked and went to the ER with no repercussions. Do not live here. The management continuously is turned over and I have been continuously told there is nothing they can do if they aren’t there to see it. Um what? People live here 24 hours a day not just when you decide to show up. And we for sure pay the price for it. Needless to say I’ll be getting out as soon as I can.

It's a nice complex. The repair work is done quickly and done well. The staff are nice. However, they don't keep up with cleaning the pool. It was even closed this year for a few days by the county due to poor conditions. The place is over-priced as well, especially for one that can't keep up with the pool upkeep.
