December 22, 2021I love the building itself, but parking is awful. The streets are cluttered and I am often blocked in my garage by neighbors cars. I have had to call the police on multiple occasions to have cars moved. I see many people parking in the street rather than their drive. December 1, 2019This place is the absolute worst. I have never written a review but this place deserves it. First of all they are completely over priced and the so called “rules” are never enforced. People park where they want including partially in your driveway. You can barely drive down the street. There is no one in the office and they do not return calls or emails. If you ever have an issue forget it. They don’t care and do absolutely nothing even if by some miracle you can get ahold of someone. They allow ...their people to renovate at 7 am all the way till 9 pm. Banging right next to you. And there are no enforced rules about people that can not control their dogs. Mine was attacked and went to the ER with no repercussions. Do not live here. The management continuously is turned over and I have been continuously told there is nothing they can do if they aren’t there to see it. Um what? People live here 24 hours a day not just when you decide to show up. And we for sure pay the price for it. Needless to say I’ll be getting out as soon as I can.Property Manager Responded

We apologize that your experience at Pine Meadow has not been what you expected, and we do appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as it is only with feedback like yours that we can grow. In August of this year, Block Multifamily Group took over management of the property, and we have been working diligently to ensure that all of our residents are comfortable and happy in their homes. While we’re unsure of the way things were run previously, I can assure you that someone is in the office 5 days a week, during our posted business hours: Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm and Wed 9:00am-6:00pm. If this is not the case, notification is emailed in advance to all residents. Please be sure that you are enrolled in our email notification system, so you can stay up to date on all things happening around Pine Meadow! We are always happy to work with you regarding any troubles that you may be experiencing in your home or ...around the community, and we would love the opportunity to make things right. September 23, 2015It's a nice complex. The repair work is done quickly and done well. The staff are nice. However, they don't keep up with cleaning the pool. It was even closed this year for a few days by the county due to poor conditions. The place is over-priced as well, especially for one that can't keep up with the pool upkeep.Review from Apartments.com
