The staff is very rude and take your money from the application. Very incompetent at what they do. They took down my last review to try and save face. NEVER move here. They will take your money and lie to you. They hang up on you and don't call you for your application status. I was way over there qualifications and they never got back to me. I called multiple times and got hung up on immediately soon as they heard my name. I went into the office to ask about my application and I was told that I ...

Management is beyond incompetent and rude. Good luck trying to move in here, the process takes extremely long and they fail to inform you with any update on your application. You basically have to do their job for them. They NEVER answer their phone and make up their own hours. I have gone by at various times to see a "Closed" sign during working hours. The apartments are cheap and look nice on the inside but dealing with the office staff during the application process was enough to turn me away. ...

Don't waste your time here.

I made an appointment here to view an apartment. The staff was by far the rudest staff I've ever dealt with after renting for 6 years at other properties. They never once introduced themselves, greeted me on arrival although there was two of them sitting at their desk and one of me. Never provided information unless asked and extremely unpleasant when responding. I felt so uncomfortable I didn't know if I was supposed to follow her to the office or leave. If I could give 0 stars I would. I could ...
