April 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comwhen I first moved, the place wasn't bad. It was a little dated but seemed well maintained. I soon learned this was a facade and it wasn't well maintained. The appliances are all very old and turn on, that's it. they don't actually work. The dish washer requires that you scrub every square inch before use and the fridge freezes everything in the back and spoils everything in the front. When I tried getting this fixed they simply said it's cold so it works. The apartments used to be smoke free ...when I first moved in but they changed that on the down low and didn't alert anyone to the change. They also do not have faux wood blinds or mini blinds like advertised instead they use vertical blinds that do absolutely nothing to block out the sun. They also do not allow window units on the first floor even though the first floor doesn't have AC. This was also a recent change when I first moved in window units were allowed. The onsite laundry is terrible it leaves holes or damages your clothing and the laundry room is always in terrible shape... unless they are showing someone around. The "gym" is missing half of the weights and multiple machines do not work. The only benefits are the pool and the location and the price.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

This was almost every weekend. January 28, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comLived here from June 2015- June 2017 for college and it was awful. When my girlfriend and I moved in the carpets smelled like urine and after a week of arguing I got them replaced for free. The parking lot was so icy during the winter we slipped regularly and there was always trash and litter all over. One of the windows was so drafty it would always leak water when it rained. I remember on the 4th of July our carbon monoxide alarm went off because of fireworks being lit in the parking lot. We ...left and were charged a ridiculous amount for damages (including the carpet) that had been listed on our move-in sheet in 2015. I don't usually leave reviews but this was an awful first apartment experience for my girlfriend and me. September 28, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comPlease don't be fooled by the ratings on here please check out their website and look at all of the reviews for years there of been the same problems and nobody has done anything about it. Management is awful rude mean and just not good people. The rent is absolutely ridiculous, they don't have good maintenance crews, there are security cameras for the parking lots have been out for years if you read the reviews on their website and much much more...This place is been known to have lots of ...bugs, maintenance has had to be called about 20 times this year because they can't fix simple things or lie to us about giving us a brand new air conditioning for example and we had to call them and get about six new ones this summer because they're not new, and their communication is absolutely horrible putting notices on your door that you have to pay more or somethings wrong with on part when it's their problem entire time! April 15, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comIf you're looking for luxury living, this isn't the place. It's a very basic apartment complex. Parking is tight, but never overflowing. If you want the spot right in front of your building, you're going to be disappointed. Overall, no major complaints about the apartments themselves. The application process could have been handled better. I would recommend asking to see the EXACT apartment you would move into. We were shown an "Example Apartment" and told it would be just like what we ...were shown, when in reality, we got a MUCH smaller apartment than what we were shown. I have never had an issue with extra expenses or surprise rent hikes, but I am a low maintenance person to begin with. TLDR: Livable, but small. Crowded, but not cramped. Inexpensive, but no luxuries.Read More
