Roach infested , neighbors threatened us if we called the cops for them stealing stuff from us that they would hurt my family management wasn’t too helpful and was very rude I felt like that place was very racist

The complex is nice and they keep it up. Gardners come every week, maintenance does their jobs, and the office workers are nice and helpful. My building is newly remodeled so it is pretty nice. I would recommend living here.

I have lived here since 09/06/13 and I myself has had no problems. Pinewood place is a quiet, safe, clean, gated community and I would gladly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe quiet place to live, it even come with a mini playground for the kiddos. I have never stayed more than 5yrs at any complex. Thank you to the managers, maintenance and the grounds keepers and security for keeping our safe place safe!!!

Its a Nice community. Landscapers come weekly to keep it looking nice. Comfy apartment and spacious and nice patio. Friendly and helpful manager. I'm happy with my experience living here and I would recommend to others.

Do not move here unless you absolutely can not get approved for somewhere else, and even if you can't get approved for somewhere else, a Motel would be a much nicer place to live. Any good reviews you see are submitted through the agency. They have roaches, and the area is in the worst part of Fresno. As long as I am residing here I will make this known to every individual that is looking for an apartment and comes across the Pinewood Place apartments advertisement.
