Amazing Staff
December 17, 2024I was stay at Pinnex while interning with Lilys. Which was so convenient because i did not have a car and could walk to the location. Pinnex is well maintained and always clean! For a young female, i felt safe staying here due to doors stayed locked at all times and you need a fob to enter. Alexis and Daniela are the heart of this community. They always greet you whether you arr coming or going. Very helpful and easy to talk too. Only downfall about Pinnex is the lack of amenities. You do get ...gym access at Edge 35 but this place would be a definite 10 out of 10 if it had more amenitiesProperty Manager Responded

Peace and Quiet in the City
September 9, 2024Pinnex is just a jump away from Downtown with the peace and quiet that most people would love. I used to live here but unfortunately had to move for my job. The perks about Pinnex is staff, location, price and the floor to ceiling windows. The staff went through a little transition and i have to say after the transition, it was a huge improvement. Alexis and Daniela are super sweet and you can tell they take pride in their job. The units offer floor to ceiling windows, quartz countertops and ...washer and dryer in the unit. The space in the unit i had was so spacious and again the floor to ceiling windows made such a huge difference. Location and price : couldnt ask for a better location and literally can take a lime and get downtown or to the stadium in minutes. Pricing was amazing because most apartments downtown charge too much. If my job ever relocates me back this way, i would live here againProperty Manager Responded

Natural Light!!!
August 21, 2024Pinnex is right outside city limits with city views but doesn’t cost you an arm and leg. Walking distance to Fountain Square and a quick lime ride to the stadium, why not live here. Yes the downside is there are no amenities like gym but for you per owners they do have a fully equipped dog wash station. Their parking options are the best prices in the area. Old Radio Station
March 15, 2024When you walk into Pinnex you will notice in the office a wall full of different styles of radios. Before it was an apartment complex it was a radio station. Pinnex is in a great location and is very affordable. The floor to ceiling windows draw in so much natural lighting. Yes like in previous reviews they do not have a gym on site but you do have access to their sister property Edge 35. With downtown being so close and your playground, who needs amenities. Edge Of Fountain Square
February 6, 2024I have lived at Pinnex for a few years now and i have to say the closeness to downtown without paying downtown prices is the best. Yes they do not have the desired amenities but the sizes of the units make up for it. The new staff members are so easy to talk to and are so happy to help!Property Manager Responded

In the Middle
November 10, 2023Pinnex is a great location if you want to be located between downtown and Fountain Square. Now they do lack a little on amenities (pool) but if you like the simplicity in life and want to live downtown and not get hit with the downtown price then look no further. Units come with washer/dryer, quartz countertops and get walk in closets. These apartments have the potential to be great! They do not have a gym on site, however their sister property Edge has a brand new gym which is free for you ...to use. ( 14 minute walk or 2 minute drive)Property Manager Responded
