December 10, 2024The Pioneer Endicott is a gem in downtown St. Paul. The building is beautiful, with construction that ensures privacy and peace—a huge plus for me and my cat. My experience with management and maintenance has been stellar. On the rare occasions I’ve needed help, maintenance was prompt, resolving issues the same day or by the next morning. November 6, 2024I signed for another year! With working downtown and living downtown, it's easy to walk to work through the skyways. Also, the Pioneer Endicott is so full of history and just being inside the building you can see the architecture of the open lobby up to the very top floor, something you don't see everyday. The elevators still have the old mechanical devices in them, even though they are updated to today's standards. The "M" museum next door just expanded and is a part of the 4th Street lobby ...through glass. I can say enough for the staff. They are always super helpful and if they don't know the answer right away, they will find out and call you. They know just about every tenant by name (they probably know all the tenants by name) and their pets. They really make you feel at home. The building is very safe, no one can come up on a floor without having a FOB and the tenants are super careful of letting just anyone on with them. Come check this place out - you will not be disappointed!Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2024I've been living here for over a year now, and I'm still loving it! I love living next to the newly reopened art museum. Every time I pass by the glass exhibit while walking towards the gym, I have to stop and admire the beauty of the art pieces and the building's historic architecture.
