About Pipers Landing Apartments

Each of the Piper’s Landing floor plans features an open living/dining space and wall-to-wall carpeting. Many of our units have been upgraded with renovated kitchens that are fully equipped with built-in microwave and dishwasher. You will also find that select apartments offer stackable washers and dryers while others include hook ups for easy installation. An on-site laundry facility is available for use by all. Piper’s Landing is a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs and we allow two pets per household. Contact our leasing office for more information on our pet policy.

    We have been since the end of November and we love it here. Our kids have their own rooms and they love that they have a playground to go too. We live conveniently near grocery store and many other places.

    ASHLEY in the front office is absolutely terrible. She will look for any reason to make your life hell. She does not care about anyone who lives there. I do not say this lightly because the prices are great, the apartments are nice, and the other residents are so amazing. I loved everyone around me while I lived there. That being said, I urge you to not move into the apartments. At least until ASHLEY is gone.
